Technical Engineer

Brian Olsen has a master's in environmental management from IIT, and worked for 10 years as a US Dept of Energy Regional Project Manager for Industrial and Commercial Energy Efficiency Programs for the 8 states of the Midwest. He was also a former instructor at Ecotech Institute, a post secondary trade school for solar, wind, and high voltage technicians. He was a partner at PVS solar company in Denver just prior to joining Questline.

Senior Engineer

Derek Decker is a Senior Engineer with DNV and has 20 years of experience in energy engineering. He is currently the Manager of Technical Operations for the APS Solutions for Business program. Prior to working at DNV, Derek was a performance assurance engineer for Siemens Building Technologies specializing in energy savings measurement and verification and is an expert in performing airflow balancing in automotive paint shops. Derek has a Bachelor’s of Science in Industrial Engineering from Kettering University.
