This session will spotlight the recently proposed rebate measures, provide program updates and showcase what’s new on the APS Learning Hub. In addition, two guest speakers will be providing comprehensive outlooks on Arizona’s commercial and multifamily markets including trends, forecasts and opportunities on the horizon.

    Program Manager, APS

    Trevor Swanson is the Program Manager for the APS Solutions for Business Program. Trevor was in the U.S. Navy for 20 years, working as an electrician and nuclear propulsion plant supervisor on submarines. Since retiring, Trevor spent 14 years in healthcare facilities management before joining APS. Trevor holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Thomas Edison State College, a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and has held the title of Certified Energy Manager since 2006.

    Outreach and Trade Ally Manager

    Tony Magers is a member of the Outreach Team and Trade Ally Advisor with the APS Solutions for Business program. Mr. Magers works with APS utility customers and contractors offering energy efficiency solutions to help educate and promote energy efficiency opportunities. Focusing on improving energy management and the rebate process, Mr. Magers interacts with many industry verticals such as government, healthcare, hospitality and education.

    Client Marketing Manager

    Jess is a Client Marketing Manager for Evergreen Energy Partner’s Marketing Team, with a focus on Online Learning Services and supporting the APS Learning Hub. She coordinates with subject matter experts and the creative production team to deliver valuable on-demand training content for Trade Allies. She also supports marketing planning and strategy for Evergreen clients across the country.

    Jess’s background includes roles as a marketing director and social media content manager, where she was responsible for developing content, managing digital campaigns, and maintaining vendor relationships in multiple non-profits around the Greater Boston Area. She has a master’s degree in communications from Boston University and a bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University.
